Dutch Junior Project Manager / Campagne Manager

Jalt helps charities with online fundraising. We develop creative and data-driven digital campaigns that help organizations achieve their goals.
Our approach starts with finding the right target audiences: people who are intrinsically motivated to contribute to our clients’ missions. We are a small, specialized team with big ambitions.

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be the liaison between the client and the team. You’ll ensure structure, overview, and progress within our campaigns and projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating and monitoring project schedules
  • Capacity planning and budget control
  • Project administration and process monitoring
  • Point of contact for clients throughout the entire project
  • Ensuring quality, results, and deadlines
  • Proactively advising clients and maintaining relationships
  • Intensive collaboration with consultants, strategists, and creatives

What we’re looking for

We’re not just looking for an administrative planner. We’re looking for someone who gets energized by bringing structure to chaos and who enjoys building together.

  • Has two years of work experience (preferably on the agency side as a project or traffic manager)
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree
  • Is digitally literate (social media, Google Ads, performance campaigns)
  • Maintains an overview, even when a lot is happening simultaneously.
  • Plans tightly, but remains flexible when necessary
  • Enjoys taking responsibility instead of waiting
  • Communicates with clients professionally and confidently
  • Speaks fluent Dutch and good English
  • Has ambition to grow into a senior project manager
